The objective: Develop dynamic social networks specifically targeted to foodservice professionals

The challenge: There is no downtime in foodservice. The last thing on any busy operator’s mind is to stop and pay attention to social media. Conagra Foodservice needed a social media program with fresh, valuable content that was worthy of the busiest operator’s time.

The campaign: Boomm developed a true turnkey approach for the Conagra Foodservice social media program, including strategy, design, writing and video production. This approach created a cohesive and compelling social experience that fit the brand perfectly. It also ensured exclusivity—operators could not find this content anywhere else.

Content highlights included on-trend recipes for all dayparts, chef’s tips from the Conagra Foodservice professional test kitchens, innovations from a broad product portfolio and unique industry insights.

The results: The social media program has grown the community from 0 to 6,600 members. It has driven more than 5,500 visits to company web pages and over 2,500 video views. The program also won a 2020 Global Davey Award for social media excellence.
